Food combining rules:

1) drink around meals

    15 mins. before /40-45 min. after

    2 glasses when you wake up

2) Eat fruit alone!!!!! 20 mins. before meal… 1 hour after meals

3) Animal Protein: Turkey

                                Beef

                                Chicken> eat with green….veg….squash..carrots

                                Fish 

                                no rolls /no rice

4) Grains,veggies, avocades,beens

     Fermented Meso- tempee

     no processed soy… No soy drinks…

being acidic…

animal protein eaten with grains protein… the body doesn’t know which one to digest… 1st

         using 2 different enzymes…

(eat rice crackers,rice cakes)

wheat -dead processed -filler

            lowers immune function,

corn-is now in everything -corn syrup,etc… filler..

Dairy

     okay if organic eggs…. soft yellow no hard boiled eggs…

     organic butter, organic cold pressed virgin olive oil

white products

     white sugar,white rice, white potatoes, white bread

     stevia subtitue…. agave nectar, brown rice syrup, sucanat, natural sugar cane…

caffine

     dehydrates and acidifies body

     changes molecular structure of food, changes chemical bonding … carsnigenics/free radicals
